Hublot presents the MP-15, developed in collaboration with Takashi Murakami

On 13 November 2023, Hublot unveiled the MP-15 Takashi Murakami Tourbillon Sapphire, its latest collaboration with artist Takashi Murakami, for the first time in Japan.

To celebrate the launch of the model, a 'HUBLOT SAPPHIRE NIGHT' was held and VIP clients and celebrities were invited to the event. Commenting on the collaboration with Hublot, Murakami said, "It was a project that has been a long time in the making and it was an exciting experience to try my hand at a sapphire 'flower' watch. I am delighted to finally be able to present that watch." He commented.
The most striking feature of the MP-15 is its central flying tourbillon, a unique design feature in Hublot's models. The central flying tourbillon is surrounded by 12 petals made of sapphire crystal, representing Takashi Murakami's iconic motif of flowers. The transparency provided by the sapphire crystal case, caseback and crown maximizes the complication. The watch shows the hours and minutes with two hands around the edge of the tourbillon and has a long power reserve of approximately 150 hours. Limited edition of 50 pieces worldwide.

Case: 42 mm diameter, sapphire crystal, water-resistant 3 ATM, see-through case back / Movement: hand-wound tourbillon Cal. HUB9015 (25 jewels, Frequency 21,600 vph, Power reserve approximately 150 hours) / Price: 43,670,000 yen
