"Defy Extreme Diver"
The original Defy Diver, debuted in 1969, has been given a modern makeover inspired by its predecessors. The watch retains the signature angular case and dodecagonal bezel of the Defy collection, while incorporating essential diver's watch elements such as a rotating bezel and brightly colored accents that can be instantly read underwater.
The titanium case is water resistant to 600 meters, and the case is equipped with a helium escape valve designed for saturation diving. This requirement meets the ISO 6425 standard for professional divers' watches, as well as the ISO 764 standard for antimagnetic performance and the ISO 1413 standard for shock resistance. The movement is equipped with the high-frequency Cal. El-Primero 3620-SC, which uses non-metallic silicon for the main parts of the escapement.
It is available in black or blue. Both watches come with a three-strand titanium bracelet, a rubber strap color-coordinated in the dial, and an extra-long strap made from recycled fishing nets.
