News Starting Sunday, March 1, 2026, an exhibition showcasing rare heritage timepieces from Longines will be held. In celebration of this exhibition, a limited-time afternoon tea in collaboration with Conrad Tokyo will also be offered.
With over 190 years of history and guided by the brand philosophy “Elegance is an attitude,” Longines—renowned for its timeless and elegant timepieces—will present the “Longines Archives Exhibition: A Journey Through the Legacy of Watchmaking” from March 1 (Sun) to May 10 (Sun), 2026, at Cité du Temps Ginza (14th floor of the Nicolas G. Hayek Center) in Ginza, Tokyo.
This exhibition will showcase to the public a rare selection of heritage timepieces specially brought from the Longines Museum, located at the brand’s headquarters in Saint-Imier, Switzerland. Centered around three themes that embody Longines—Elegance, Pioneering Spirit, and Precision—the exhibition will feature exceptional archive pieces and panel displays. Highlights include jewelry watches that express early 1910s elegance and craftsmanship, pilot watches that have left their mark on horological history, and high-precision timepieces that have advanced sports timekeeping. Together, they trace more than 190 years of innovation and heritage.
During the exhibition period, a pop-up store offering Longines’ current collections will also be open within the venue. Through both the exhibition and the pop-up experience, visitors can immerse themselves in the enduring spirit and aesthetic of Longines’ watchmaking—passed down through generations and transcending time.
To commemorate the upcoming archive exhibition, “Sakura Strawberry Afternoon Tea with Longines” will be held in collaboration with Conrad Tokyo, located in Shiodome just a short distance from Ginza. The event will take place from March 1 (Sun) to April 30 (Thu), 2026, at the hotel’s 28th-floor bar and lounge, TwentyEight - Conrad Tokyo.
Inspired by the talismanic jewelry timepiece collection “Longines PrimaLuna,” which embodies the power of the moon, the afternoon tea features five sweets and three savory items made with seasonal ingredients such as strawberries and cherry blossoms. The designs are inspired by watch dials and hands from the PrimaLuna collection.
In addition to the standard offering, a “Deluxe Afternoon Tea” includes a welcome glass of champagne and a special strawberry plate. From 6:30 PM, guests can also enjoy the “Sakura Strawberry Night Tea with Longines,” served with free-flow drinks including sparkling wine.
Guests will receive a special commemorative gift to celebrate the collaboration.
